The Board of Directors have created the Board Liaison council positions to assist the BOD and Staff on special projects, planning and other tasks to best assist the organization. The Liaisons were appointed based on their abilities, skillsets, and experience and will report directly to the President and Staff.

Shawnetta Grandberry is an environmental professional with over 35 years’ experience in storm water compliance and public policy development. She has a B.S. in Wildlife Biology and a Master’s in Public Administration. She has worked for the City of Carlsbad for over 20 years, developing and implementing storm water compliance programs for municipal, industrial, commercial and construction sites. She is a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality, Qualified SWPPP Developer, a Construction General Permit Trainer of Record, and a member of the Technical Advisory Council for Envirocert.
