Daniel Apt is founder and President of Olaunu, an environmental protection company based in San Clemente, California, was the Chair of the California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA) from 2018-2019, and became the first NGICP Trainer in California in 2017. He has over 28 years of experience in stormwater management and water quality and specializes in green infrastructure and Low Impact Development (LID), stormwater capture and use, watershed and integrated water resources planning, post-construction water quality credit programs, and MS4 permit assistance. Daniel has extensive experience in the planning, design, implementation, construction oversight, inspection, monitoring, multiple benefits, and training of green infrastructure and LID systems. Daniel has international experience in green infrastructure and LID projects and training including in Peru, Chile, and China. Daniel received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine and his Master’s degree from the University of Miami.
