Jennifer Guigliano

Jennifer Guigliano is an engineer and project manager with more than 20 years of experience in managing comprehensive and complex environmental assessments of energy, industrial, and other projects, as well as preparing water resources, biological resources, and hazardous materials assessments, and facilitating key stakeholder and regulatory agency coordination. She is an expert in managing large integrated projects including permitting and compliance efforts and has managed and contributed to complex integrated engineering and environmental permitting and compliance documents under federal and state law for renewable energy projects, landfill developments, military operations including remediation and resource management projects, water resources development and engineering projects, and transportation corridor projects. Ms. Guigliano has extensive experience in the fields of water quality and natural resources management. She has experience working with a diversity of clients including private, tribal, municipal, state, and federal entities. She has also provided critical strategic mitigation planning support, resource agency negotiations and permitting, and construction compliance oversight for large scale development projects. Ms. Guigliano has also provided strategic guidance to clients on renewable energy projects including transmission lines as well as critical leadership with the resource agencies and specifically those that will have critical oversight of environmental compliance efforts in multiple states and leads our teams nationally as the National Renewable Energy Lead for AECOM.

Ms. Guigliano is the former Technical Vice Chair for the Envirocert International, Inc. CPSWQ Executive Committee (Board) and current Regional Representative; on the Former Technical Advisory Committee for the Envirocert International, Inc. Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI) program; and was formerly on the Executive Committee for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) San Diego/Tijuana as the Sustainability Committee Chair for ULI San Diego/Tijuana.
