James is the Stormwater Specialist at Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP) where he is working to help stormwater professionals have access to training and professional development opportunities on par with their brothers and sisters in the water and wastewater sectors. Prior to coming to GAWP, James spent time as an engineering field technician, wetland delineator, environmental compliance specialist, and Deputy Director of the City of Griffin (GA) Stormwater Management Program.
