The Water Environment Federation (WEF) is recognizing 13 communities for excellence in stormwater management, including exceeding permit requirements and sharing knowledge with the water sector. The overall winner of the Phase I Award is the Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works, Maryland, and the overall winner of the Phase II Award is the City of Frisco, Stormwater Division, Texas.
