Pavlova Vitale began her career with environmental regulation in 1990 and has extensive experience with hazardous waste and water quality laws and regulations. She has worked for the Water Boards since 1993 and her experience includes storm water permitting and enforcement, monitoring, TMDLs, data analyses, and ambient water quality monitoring, Pavlova has a BS in Microbiology from Cal Poly Pomona.
