Lisa Miller

I currently hold a CESSWI, and Stormwater Management for Construction Activities – Advanced certificate. I have performed compliance inspections of construction sites for 19 years. I was a project manager for 3 years and owned my own consulting company for 14.

I’ve spent 8 years as a compliance inspector for a Phase 1 and a Phase 2 municipalities. I assisted and have written the annual reports. I provide the training to municipal staff on the MS4 permit and the City’s requirements, as well as train contractor and builders of their requirements under the Construction General Permit. I’ve presented at a training for TCEQ on the difference between a Phase 1 and Phase 2 municipalities differ in permit requirements.

I completed my AAS degree as an Environmental Compliance Technician and my AAS degree as an OSHA Compliance Technician. While working on my AAS degrees, I was a member of Phi Theta Kappa with a 3.79 GPA, I attended the Leadership academy, was a member of the Student Council on Campus, and was the President elect of the student chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals. I was recognized in multiple semesters as either being on the Dean or Presidents list.

I am in my senior year of my BS in Environmental Management. While working on my BS I have been able to maintain a 3.0 GPA
