Linda Palumbo possesses over 30 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance, including over 12 years in stormwater program management. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Duke University, and a Master of Technology degree in Environmental Management from Arizona State University. She has been a Certified Professional in Municipal Stormwater Management since 2013.
Ms. Palumbo manages the Stormwater Management Program for the City of Phoenix, as well as the City’s Industrial Pretreatment and Commercial Inspection Programs. Prior to joining the City of Phoenix, she worked in environmental compliance for a specialty materials manufacturing facility and in the consulting industry.
