Ms. Khoury is currently Volkert Inc. Franklin office Water Resources Leader for the Tennessee operations. She has 12 years of experience working with water resources and environmental projects. She has experience in hydraulic modeling, storm drainage systems design and inspection, erosion prevention and sediment control design, water quality permitting and SWPPPs. Ms. Khoury is a professional engineer certified in TN, TX, GA, IN, MS, AR, & NC.  She is also a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM). Before Volkert, Lina worked for TDOT in the Hydraulics and Water Permitting sections. She also has additional years of experience in designing water, wastewater, and stormwater networks through consulting work. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology and earned a Master of Engineering in civil and environmental engineering from Tennessee State University.
