Judy Beik

Judy Beik is a fourth year Environmental Engineering student at the University of California, Irvine.  She aspires to pursue a career in water and wastewater treatment and is currently interning at the City of Huntington Beach Public Works Department.  At her internship, she works closely with the water engineering section to help the city engineers with their capital water projects.  She is also heavily involved in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) student chapter at UC Irvine, where she has participated in a state-wide conference and competition to design and build a water filtration device from scratch.  She is student chapter President of Chi Epsilon, the national honor society for civil engineers at UC Irvine. In Chi Epsilon, Judy helps plan events to help members become well-rounded civil and environmental engineering students and professionals.  In her free time, Judy enjoys hiking and spending time with family.
