Mr. Spires hold a BS in Biology from Tennessee Technological University and a MS in Natural Resource Systems Management from The University of Tennessee. Mr. Spires has 17 years of professional experience in both the public and private sector. This experience includes conducting environmental inspections, permitting, and habitat restoration work. Mr. Spires is currently the Environmental Compliance Manager for the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority.
