Altan Erginkoc

A Civil engineer with more than fifteen years of experience in Site development of Residential and Commercial Construction and Stormwater Green Infrastructures of BMP’s design, permit, and construction.
Experience in the capital improvement construction projects, maintenance, and operations of green infrastructure, stormwater management, including pond retrofits, stream restoration, and flood control projects through sustainable methods for both stakeholders and communities per local and state regulations.
Utilizing principles and practices of Civil Engineering, Planning, and/or Environmental Engineering related to Green Infrastructure of BMP’s, Stormwater Management, and Site Development management.

Before joining T&ES, Altan worked as Project Manager at DoE to manage the construction of CIP construction projects, maintenance, and operations of green infrastructure, stormwater management, stream restoration, and flood control projects. He also worked as an  Environmental Engineer at DOEE to  supporting the Building Permit Plan and the Green Ratio program as part of the construction permitting process at the Natural Resources Administration (NRA).

He has a degree with a BS in Civil Engineering. He completed his SWM Minor Engineering at UMD Catonsville Campus and the NGCIP certification program. He has PMP and PMI-ACP certifications from the PMI institute.

In his spare time, he enjoys ceramic and gourd painting as well as spending time with his family.
