Thank you for considering attending the upcoming CPESC Course. All attendees are responsible for bringing their own copy of the CPESC manual.  If you have applied and been approved, you should have received a digital version of the manual upon approval via email.

This training is hosted by the Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts, Inc. (PACD) and Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE), with Samuel Hopstone as the ECI approved CPESC trainer/presenter.  This event is a virtual training.

Training is scheduled on 15 October 2026 and will run from 10:00am – 7:00pm Eastern Time.

APPLICATION & REGISTRATION

The deadline to enroll in this course is 5 October 2026 at 5pm Eastern.  If ECI cancels the event for any reason you will receive a refund and notification no later than 6 October 2026.  If the registrant cancels inside the 10-day cut off the result will be forfeiture of registration fees.  A request to transfer to another ECI event may be submitted but is not guaranteed.
